Yes. All our glass garden rooms are tailor-made to each of our customers’ unique requirements, so we welcome your design ideas. We’ll use these to create the bespoke glass garden room of your dreams. All the garden rooms we design and create are completely bespoke, so the length of each project will vary. Generally speaking, it will take 12 weeks from placing an order for installation to begin. Generally speaking, garden rooms and summer houses don’t require planning permission. Buildings such as these are covered by ‘permitted development rights’. We can design your dream garden room to fall within your permitted development rights, however it’s important to note that your rights may vary depending on where you live.

All our luxury garden rooms are bespoke and tailor-made to our customers’ exact requirements. With that being said, we do not have a set price list. As a guide, our prices start at £37,500 +VAT (based on a 6m x 3m garden room). Whatever size or style you choose, we promise that you will receive the luxurious outdoor living area of your dreams.

As standard all our garden rooms come with plastered and painted walls, solid hardwood timber flooring, recessed flush fitted skirting boards, LED spotlights and stainless steel finished plug sockets and light switches. As all our garden rooms are bespoke, we can offer alternatives such as different flooring options and plug socket finishes. If there’s anything else you’d like adding to your garden room just let us know and we’ll do our best to provide it.

Yes. We provide detailed construction drawings and CAD images of each garden room we design to ensure you’re happy with the finished look before anything is built.

Our luxury garden rooms are built to last. We only use the finest materials and construction techniques to build our garden rooms, ensuring they can withstand both summer and winter climates. Our garden rooms come with a 10 year structural guarantee: this covers rot, decay and structural integrity. Based on the materials and construction methods we use, we expect our garden rooms to last for 30+ years. 

Yes. Our price quotations are completely transparent and will include the cost for the delivery and construction of your garden room.

All our garden rooms can be designed to meet any individual requirements. Below are the features we offer as standard, although alternatives are available.

  • Garden room structure: manufactured from structural mild steel box section frames
  • Walls, floors and roofs: constructed using highly insulated SIP panels (Structural Insulated Panels)
  • Sliding doors: from the Schuco ASE 60 range, polyester powder coated finish
  • Glazing: all glass is double glazed as standard with a 1.0 W/m²K centre pane U-Value (enhanced high performance glazing options are available)
  • Fascias and soffits: manufactured from aluminium sheet, polyester powder coated finish
  • External cladding: either timber slats or aluminium panels available in a range of finishes
  • Internal features: plastered and painted walls, solid hardwood timber flooring, recessed flush fitted skirting boards, LED spotlights and stainless steel finished plug sockets and light switches
